Dr. Nagpal is an excellent doctor! Wait time to see him was no longer than 5 minutes. During the appointment he sat down and thoroughly talked to us about my daughter's symptoms. Did not feel rushed at all, he is a very kind and intelligent doctor. Highly recommend to anyone!

It was our first visit for my son. We were seen on time and everyone was curtious. Ms. Mensch was professional, to the point, and she listened to my concerns.

Dr NagPaul was thorough in his assessment, explained everything to us in a matter that could be understood. I feel my son is in good hands under his care. The waiting time from appointment was a little long is my only criticism.

My experience was good. My daughters doctor Dr. Alexis Rodriguez is the best GI doctor .

Great experience today. We arrived at 9:30AM and was greeted by the receptionist in GI. She ease my daughter nerve before the procedure by making her laugh. When she went the back all the nurse that was at the station greeted us with a smile and said Hello.
The nurses was great each one interducing them self before they walk in our room and explaining everything at each step. I also observe the nurses helping each other when one was busy with other patient. The Dr.Rodriguez was great, she was on time and stop by to greet us before the procedure and then also stop by after the procedure to explain her finding and to see if we had any question before she left. Overall the whole experience was great.

I felt that Dr. Rodriguez took the time to listen to my daughter. She was proactive and ordered necessary test to vet to the bottom of what's causing my daughters stomach pain.

Dr. Nagpal explained everything going on with my son in great detail. He worked with my husband and I to determine a plan of care that we could all agree on. My son also loves to pretend he is Dr. Nagpal and take care of all of his stuffed animals that aren't feeling well. He treated my son with respect and made him feel comfortable and at ease. The nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. They answered all of my questions and reassured me of my worries. The office staff is also sweet and personable. I highly recommend Dr. Nagpal and his staff!
